First you will need to connect to the BDE and open web browser to 192.168.6.1.
This will load a login page where you will need to login with the username admin and by default the
password for the system will be the BDE serial number. If you have changed the admin password please
use the password you have set.

Once logged in you will need to gather a log from the support tab.
